Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team through the official Secretlab EU help center to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble your chair or desk carefully and place all components back into their original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier point or schedule a professional collection as instructed by our team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects the returned item for original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
